Newhouse Academy is looking for a School Site Supervisor who is, as we describe, one of “our people”. We appoint on character over talent alone, believing we can always learn new skills. It is important that you are a team player and understand how important our values are to us.

We are looking for a candidate who has an operational background.

You will manage a small number of support staff including our Premises and facilities assistants, our cleaner in charge and our community lettings assistant; setting high standards; and ensuring compliance at every level. You will receive a full Induction and support will be provided across the school and Trust.

Hours: 37 hours per week - AYR

Salary: NJC Grade 6 / SO1 - £31,067 - £35,235 dependant on experience

Starting scale point is dependent on experience.

Contract type: Permanent.

Start date: As soon as possible.
