We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Manager to join our outstanding Pastoral Team. The successful applicant will be passionate about working with young people, making a difference and will have the ability to manage and support behavioural situations in a way that de-escalates and promotes positive choices.
Hours: Term time only, 36.25 hours per week, 8:15am – 4:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch, daily)
Salary: NJC Scale SO1/2 SCP 23-28 FTE £33,366 - £37,938
Actual salary pro-rata salary £28,232 - £32,101
Contract: Permanent
